COMPETITION SCHEDULE AND FEES


We are excitedly anticipating 8 divisions, in three separate sessions. Divisions and times will be confirmed when registration is complete. Registrations completed by November 30, 2023, have priority.  Registration is not complete until payment is received. Confirmation will be sent out in early January.

Spectator seating is separate. Please do not include spectators in your group order. Tickets for spectators will be available for purchase after the first of the year. Spectator tickets are valid for one session only.  Spectators wishing to be seated in the audience during multiple sessions will need multiple tickets. The auditorium will be cleared at the close of each session to allow for maximum participation


The registration fees per choir/group for the various divisions are as follows:

  • Concert Choir $200

  • Middle School Show Choir $400

  • High School Show Choir $500

Each registration includes up to 40 students, 2 staff, and 2 adult chaperones. Additional performers, tech crew, choreographers, band members, or staff members require an additional ticket at a cost of $15 each. Please do not include adult spectators in your group seating. Only official adult chaperones may be included with the group seating. Each group is limited to two adult chaperones. Additional adult chaperones may be added for $20 each.
