Festival Schedule & Fees
All choirs will perform on Saturday, February 27, 2027. Our festival is hosted at the Eastlake High School Ruth Chapman Performing Arts Center.
Divisions and times will be confirmed when registration is complete. Registration is not complete until payment is received. A preliminary schedule will be sent to all participating directors by December 18, 2026.
Spectator seating is separate. Please do not include spectators in your group order. Tickets for spectators will be available for purchase after the first of the year. Spectator tickets are valid for one session only. Spectators wishing to be seated in the audience during multiple sessions will need multiple tickets. The auditorium will be cleared at the close of each session to allow for maximum participation.
In addition to our Concert Choir Festival, we will be hosting the following Show Choir Divisions:
Middle School
High School Treble (Novice, Intermediate, & Advanced)
High School Tenor/Bass
High School Mixed (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced Tier 2, & Advanced Tier 1)
Choir registration fees are as follows:
Concert Choir - $200
Middle School Show Choir - $400
High School Show Choir - $525
Each registration includes up to 40 students, 2 directors, and 2 adult chaperones (44 seats/tickets total). Additional tickets for performers, tech crew, band members, chaperones, and staff members are $15 each. Only official adult chaperones should be included with the group seating. Please do not include adult spectators in your group seating.
